Virality Now operates viralitynow.com from Illinois, United States. This policy explains what we collect through the website, the booking calendar, and email, along with the choices you have.
Scope
This policy covers this website, requests for a free growth audit, and messages sent to hello@viralitynow.com. Work we perform for clients is governed by the applicable client agreement and any related data-processing terms.
Information we collect
Booking information
Our booking calendar is provided by HighLevel, which also uses the LeadConnector and GoHighLevel names. When you schedule a call, we receive the details you enter, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, appointment date and time, time zone, any additional information you provide, and your communications-consent choices. HighLevel places this information in our calendar and customer relationship management system.
Messages and business information
If you email us or reply to a message, we receive your address, the message, attachments, and related delivery information. If you discuss a possible engagement, we may also keep information you choose to share about your business, such as revenue ranges, offers, advertising performance, and growth goals. Our email is provided through Microsoft 365.
Site and device information
Vercel, our hosting provider, processes standard request and security data when a page loads. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and error or security events. The embedded HighLevel calendar can also receive device, browser, network, referral, and interaction data needed to load the calendar, preserve a session, and prevent abuse. Google reCAPTCHA may process device and interaction data inside the calendar to identify automated traffic.

Email, calls, and text messages
The application presents separate, optional choices for transactional messages and marketing messages. We record those choices separately in our CRM, and declining marketing messages does not prevent you from requesting a call. The embedded calendar may also display scheduling consent; each choice covers only the wording shown beside it.
When you consent to a specific channel, you can unsubscribe from email using the link in the message, reply STOP to a text message, or email hello@viralitynow.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent or service-related messages you requested.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose it only to service providers, including HighLevel, LeadConnector, and telecommunications carriers, that help us deliver and manage the communications you requested. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone else.
Cookies and similar technology
We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits, application submissions, and confirmed calls, and to understand whether our advertising leads to those actions. Meta may receive the page URL, browser and device information, IP address, Meta cookie identifiers, and the events you complete on this site. We also use Meta's Conversions API for calculator leads when it is configured; matching contact fields are normalized and hashed before they are sent to Meta.
The embedded HighLevel calendar and its supporting script can use cookies and browser storage to load the calendar, recognize a session, and connect a booking with a contact record. Blocking this storage or the Meta Pixel may limit measurement or stop the calendar from working. You can still book by emailing us for available times.
We load IBM Plex Sans from Google Fonts. That request exposes basic connection data, including your IP address, to Google. We do not use the font request to profile visitors.
Do Not Track and privacy preference signals
Browsers do not apply a consistent technical standard for Do Not Track, so that signal does not change the site's operation. You can limit Meta's use of advertising data through your Meta ad preferences and browser controls. Depending on the law where you live, disclosure to an advertising platform may be treated as sharing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Who receives information
- HighLevel and LeadConnector, for the booking calendar, CRM, scheduling, and communications. HighLevel processes the booking data for us. See HighLevel's privacy policy.
- Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement, attribution, and audience services through Meta Pixel and, when configured, Conversions API. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel, for hosting, content delivery, request logs, and site security. See Vercel's privacy notice.
- Microsoft 365, for email. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google, for Google Fonts and reCAPTCHA inside the booking calendar. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers who owe confidentiality duties, to authorities when the law requires it, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep booking records and enquiries while we respond and for as long as reasonably needed to document the interaction. If you become a client, records connected with the engagement are kept as required by the client agreement and applicable tax, accounting, contract, and recordkeeping rules. Consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to honor your choice. Hosting and security logs follow the provider's retention settings.
The factors we use to set a retention period are the purpose for collecting the information, whether our relationship is active, the sensitivity of the information, provider settings, legal obligations, and active or reasonably anticipated disputes. Deletion timing can also depend on provider settings and backup cycles.
Security
The site is delivered over HTTPS, and the providers named above supply the infrastructure used to store and transmit information. No website, email system, or cloud provider can guarantee absolute security. Please do not put passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information in the booking form.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to provide a copy of information linked to you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. The rights available to you depend on where you live and may be subject to legal exceptions. Send a request to hello@viralitynow.com. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request.
Children
This business-services site and its booking form are for adults age 18 and older. They are not directed to children. If we learn that someone under 18 submitted personal information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us.
International processing
Virality Now and the providers listed above operate in the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy rules may differ from those where you live.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and revise the date at the top. If a change materially affects information already collected, we will provide any additional notice required by law before applying the change.
